It was a pleasure to work them. Starting with my initial contact with the company and then the first and susequent visits by Larry to review and attempt to solve the problem without replacing our existing boiler. We ended up having to replace the boiler and Larry was very informative as to why we should replace it and our options for replacement. The company worked with us to quickly and efficiently replace our boiler and was more than understanding regarding the investment required to complete the work. The two man crew, Luke and Rob, was professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. We are very happy and will use them in the future .

What a great Company, from Barbara (phones) to Larry the install manager, we made an appointment, Larry showed up on time, we did a walk through and he ran some test on our Central AC unit and Panel box downstairs, he explained to us in detail, what needed to be done, and what our options were, we had an appointment to install and remove our Central AC unit outside the next day at 9ish, when i went to put the dog outside at 810am they were at my house unloading their van. an hour an half later they were done. I would have them come back anytime for piumbing or ac work!

after receiving five estimates, Mike O”Brien came in the lowest by asmuch as $1,500 for a similar unit. He was knowledgable of his product and contacted me several times before I made a final decision. Though he didn’t do the actgural instalation, his workers did a fine job, ceaned up all the debris and all were courteous and friendly. After the installation I had a few questions about the operation of the new unit and he supplied satisfied anwsers. After several days he called me to see if things were working out okay. However, the unit has not had a real test because of the unusual warm weather so I will have to wait for winter 2910/11.
